End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Raj Software Solutions (A-Tech-World) ("Company," "We," "Our," or "Us"). This Agreement governs your use of the Accounting (All-in-One) software ("Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

By using our Software and Website, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Software strictly in accordance with this Agreement. This license is provided solely for personal or business use.

• You may install and use the Software on a single device per valid license.
• You may make a backup copy for personal use only.
• You may not modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Software.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Software for any illegal activities.
• Rent, lease, or sublicense the Software to others.
• Attempt to bypass security measures within the Software.
• Use the Software in a way that infringes on intellectual property rights.

3. Ownership

The Software is owned and copyrighted by Raj Software Solutions (A-Tech-World). This Agreement does not grant you ownership rights, only a limited license.

4. Updates and Modifications

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. By continuing to use the Software, you agree to install updates as required.

5. Data Privacy & Security

Your use of the Software is subject to our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to secure your data but cannot guarantee complete security.

6. Support & Maintenance

Support for the Software is available through our official website: www.RajSoftwareSolutions.com. However, support services are not guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees.

7. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. We may terminate your license if you fail to comply with the terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software and delete any copies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Raj Software Solutions (A-Tech-World) is not responsible for any damages, loss of data, or disruptions caused by the Software. Your use of the Software is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Software signifies acceptance of the revised Agreement.
