This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you ("You", "Your", or "User") and Raj Software Solutions (A-Tech-World) (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). It governs your installation and use of the Accounting (All-in-One) desktop ERP software (“Software”).
By installing, accessing, or using our Software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of it, you must not install or use the Software.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to install and use one (1) copy of the Software for personal or internal business use in accordance with this Agreement.

This Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights remain exclusively with Raj Software Solutions (A-Tech-World).
We may provide updates, patches, or enhancements to the Software. You acknowledge that such updates may be required for functionality, performance, or security, and we reserve the right to update the Software at any time without notice.
Your use of the Software is subject to our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable precautions to protect user data, but no system is 100% secure. You are solely responsible for managing backups and access to your devices.
Basic support is provided via email, help center, and official documentation. Premium support levels, if available, may be offered under paid plans or specific agreements. We are not obligated to provide continuous support for the free version.
This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate this license without notice if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all associated files and copies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law: We are not liable for any loss, damage, data corruption, or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from using or being unable to use the Software — even if we have been advised of such risks. Use is solely at your own discretion and risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raj Software Solutions (A-Tech-World), its developers, affiliates, and partners against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of your breach of this Agreement or unlawful use of the Software.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. Users agree to resolve any claims or concerns informally before seeking legal action.
The Software may not be used or exported to countries or individuals prohibited under Indian export laws or any applicable international regulation.
We reserve the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time. We will post changes on our website. Continued use of the Software after such modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
Use of our Software is also subject to our Terms & Conditions. You confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms before use.
